The risk of NZ becoming a criminal safe haven

Opinion: For the last 80 years the global system has been based around multilateralism. At the end of World War II, the victorious Allies vowed that the world would never be divided again as it was during the 1930s and 1940s.
The United Nations was launched in April 1945, and a host of supporting institutions, among them the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco), the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef), the World Health Organisation and the United Nations Environment Programme were spawned over the next 25 years. On the economic front, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the International Labour Organisation were established.
